For group leaders looking for hotel discounts
Here is a link from Priceline to secure discounts for groups traveling. If you are organizing a group for travel it might come in handy. It is really simple to register, and it does not cost anything.
Give it a try. You might have something just as good, but much cheaper. http://findgroupdeals.hotelplanner.c...CLN_HomeTopNav

I needed 20 rooms so I just started calling around. I first tried Expedia but it seems that when you need several rooms, you need to book directly with the hotel. I spoke to some local members in Knoxville as to where to stay then started calling hotels. I found the Best Western in Cedar Bluff was the best price, $79.00 (normally $109.00) and they are going to have a full breakfast (not continential) read for us early since we have to be on the road by 6am.
Anyone looking to do blocks of rooms, I suggest just finding out where you want to stay by talking to locals, then start calling hotels. Google earth and Google maps street view really helps too! |

This link gives you all the details, and I have over 10 hotels at 50 dollars. It gives you all the amenities and the hotel info to contact them directly. I do not have as much time to call around, so this helps to find discounts and contact info. Not a bad link.
