I was respraying my Magnum at least once a year before I saved a fortune with the clear bra. I went expensive this time cos with the Magnum I learned where else I was getting chips etc and just went foor the whole hog. Its just a lil extra peace of mind thats all. DEBAGING They used a steam sprayer to soften everything up and then just gently pulled/ sliced it off with this fishing line. Then cleaned it 3M gunk remover. Then just clean and do an alcohol wash if you are going to clear bra. If not just wax/polish.

A good clear bra job is expensive. If you go with the cheap stuff you will regret it. The high end ones have a life time warranty against fading or yellowing, bubbles and what not.
Question, did you do the side rear where the Gills are?

Damn,
I just noticed the date on the last post. Didn't mean to bring this back from the dead. This thread was linked to from another more resent thread. Sorry mark

No, this area is really concerning me with all the posts i see about it. I dont know how good it will look. So far no real chipping on my gill but I only have 5000km on it. Even if you 3M, how do you get it to contour the gill parts, thats a tough one. Im waiting for a good solution to that one!
