Question VERTICAL DOORS INC INSTALL

I bought these hinges, paid a lot of money for them but my install guy chickened out last minute saying it may require cutting the fenders etc etc. bla bla bla.

Has anyone ACTUALLY installed these on your 2010 Camaro, if so PLEASE tell me how difficult it was and what if any cutting is required. VDI says its just a bolt on kit!

Help please.

Call Micheal Chevrolet in Fresno CA. I saw a picture of a Camaro, a customer who modified their car. Maybe they can lead you in the right direction.

I have done a few sets and they are an easy install. You do have to cut the inner fender out where the middle bolt tab is so it will clear the hinge when it opens and goes up.

So then, technically speaking, it's NOT just a bolt-on kit...

Lambo doors are for the rookies. They ARE pretty easy to install but YES you do have to cut a little but not noticable if you do it right. If you really want to impress somebody do suicide doors.
