Nice car. I wish these "Tune" car would come out with a Vortech, or I would settle for even a ProCharger. Lets give up on roots chargers go of some real top end power.

Vortech V3, Pedders Sport package, ARH Header + Corsa catback (Iam waiting for the new ARH exhaust system), Royal Purple the whole car, tune and before and after Dynos = $12,000 installed. 39,000 + 12,000 = $50,000

$10,000 for hood and badges Keep the badges, I will do it myself. 7psi will give you over 600rwhp easy.

Hm, well i love the spoiler, love the blacked out decklid (i guess now that big blocks are obscelete we have to settle for it meaning "500hp+" haha) i used to think that air scoop looked retarted but seeing it on a production car instead of a robot from space i kinda like it, id still preffer a stinger hood though i really love the performance numbers, when they say it can beat a 911 turbo i totally believe them, most people just look at the car and instantly associate the names with rank "uhh, duh its a Camaro its gonna get beat by a Porche every time" but not so fast, with 575hp and 3.8 0-60 times i firmly believe this car could reign superior

Now my gripes, the price of course, way too pricey, most of that is probly due to the limited production run, i wanna see the Z/28 now done up like this (we've all heard it will have the spoiler and that same hood, most are betting on a supercharger as well) although it can be noted that im not a part of that crowd, im kinda sick of all these supercharged LS3s already, seriously we've been there we've done that, im ready to see an LS7 Camaro =) in short, price sucks, cars an amazing performer but due to limited run it'll probly end up locked in either a garage or a museum without ever being pushed to its potential, so lets see a mass produced super-performance Camaro, aka, Z/28

Ive got a 4.1 sec 0-60 time out of my car on my G-Tech. That was mid summer with street tires on the street. So I think the 3.8 sec is probably pretty close.

I am not sure where you got 28k-maybe for the 605hp. For the 725hp package I paid 36k in 2008 unless they reduced the price.

When I am done with my $50,000 2SS/RS 630wrhp I think I might take a ride to S.D. Unless somebody wants to come to Pocono.

Just kidding Lets both enjoy our cars on the street where they belong not in a garage. here's to fast cars and ear plugs for the wife or duct tape.

Right On Looks like you are building a beast as well - congrats!! I think mine will be in the garage for a while..very soon. Snow will take care of that. I am happy to say that I have 5k very hard miles on my car and I love it. There is a 2.2 mile road course in Omaha NE that has my name on it for next spring!!

a few weeks ago, i saw a zl575 heading north on the nj turnpike, on the back of a trailer being pulled by a chevy dually that had slp on the side of the truck. might have been the test car. anyway the car is by far the toughest looking 2010 i have seen yet. however, considering what you could do to an ss for $23,000.00 doesn't seem like a great deal to me. that just might be my jealousy speaking since i already bought one haha. the one i saw was awesome looking though

Great performance but it's expected for the cost. SLP does great work. The car is more than the sum of it's parts.

If I were baller status I'd pick one of these up in a snap. The functional hood mounted air-scoop looks so much better than the faux air inlet on the stock SS.

Quick question for those that complain about the mail slot ... why doesn't anyone complain about the cowl?
