Help! Loud Engine Tick, Engine Knock Sensor

I have a 2016 SS with about 80K miles on it. About 2k miles ago, the oil pump went out and was replaced. Now I have an insanely loud engine tick after punching it one time. Also, the CEL came on with an "Engine Knock Sensor" code. Assumed a lifter, however after removing the valve covers, all the rocker arms are still rock solid. Could this still be a lifter or something different all together.

How did you evaluate each of the lifters have movement and aren't stuck? Did you rotate the crank and observe movement of each lifter?
