Forza Componenti

I purchased a 3-way exhaust controller back in 2016 to replace my Mild2Wild. I wanted an always closed function. The Forza controller worked all the time without any issues.

Fast forward to a few days ago I was leaving for work and decided to take my Camaro. I always leave in the closed function due to it being 4am. Anyways, the controller didnt work at all. Later that day (around 7PM est) I emailed Forza Componenti for some trouble shooting tips. The very next day Steve sent a super in depth email with all the trouble shooting tips I could ever want. None of which worked which means the printed circuit board failed.

For 20 bucks I had the entire unit refurbished and updated. The turn around was super fast and communication was great and very prompt. Steve even sent me 2 brand new remotes and directions on how to program my old remotes if I wanted to use them. The unit works like it supposed to again.

The level of customer service Steve provided is really next level and something you dont get often.
