Pat G tunes my car as well. Can't go wrong.

I pushed my car to 790-815 rwhp(Mustang Dyno). My car is stock bottom end and was running 93+meth at the time. I have ran boost up to 16.8 psi for a few spirited runs. I also have head studs and LS9 not sure if it is necessary, but I had it done while replacing lifters.

I figure I am pushing the envelope, but its not my daily and I plan to build something one day for the big turbos I put on it. Probably a LSX 427 in my future.

Hi AGP

My Car
2011 SS (LS3 stock motor) /M6
AGP 54/57 Turbos
ZL1 fuel pump/module
ID1k injectors
NGK 3690 plugs

I am currently tuned for 93, no meth, 8lb springs (no boost controller). E85 is out for me, those stations are too far away. What is conservative boost/HP numbers for 50/50 and 100% meth? I do have Alky dual spray setup.

Boost Controller:
I have purposefully stayed away from boost controller, I didnt want to grab more boost than car could handle. I am looking for controllers that have some sort of protection. The Plex PBC pro is one but very expensive. The GFB geforce III does have "lean cutout". Any other options? I would rather not end up with a grenaded motor.

I love the turbos in this car!

Eboost2 works well and is not cheap though. It has an overboost feature. When it hits the overboost number you have it set to, it drops boost to 50% of that.

E.G. If you had overboost set to 10# and you hit that, it would drop boost to 5#

First dual nozzle meth kit is probably too much meth. With the LS3 manifold most that meth will go to the rear two cyl and almost none to the fronts. But then your wideband will read the average of front to back, not the best situ. So single nozzle or two really small ones, like 300cc ea. Then run 75-100% meth.

On a stock engine if you want to keep it safe, you can only go another 1-2psi on pump gas. Maybe just change springs and don't worry about an electronic boost controller.

I had previously said that E85 was out for me. I had a good conversation with Kevin at AGP. The piece that I was missing in my head, it is a conversion to flex fuel, not E85 only. So there is no harm in having to run 93 if needed.

Thanks Kevin

Of all the boost controllers I've seen lately. This one looks like it has the best all round package for the money

I have the V1 kit on my car, i seen the V2 kit has an improved oil return that doesnt go through the filler cap anymore. My return line was damaged, so i wanted to see what the improved return setup is, but i dont see it on the agp website. Is there any information available about it?
