Can I fit the 21in GM wheels on my 2lt?

I'm planning on buying the 21's from a guy. He has the complete set of 4. Two of the wheels are 21x8.5 the other two are 21x9.5. Will these fit properly on my 2lt?

Yes. But the ride may be a bit harsh.

Why would the ride be harsh?

The over all tire height will be the same but you will have 3 inches less rubber O/A .
They engineered that combo for the V8 under pinnings.

Less rubber = harsher ride.

I see, thanks for the info. Couldn't I raise the suspension a inch or two and have a little thicker rubber?

Not with the factory suspension so you will have to go aftermarket. Also if you adjust the sidewalls it will mess up the speedometer so you will also have to get that recalibrated. Not worth the time and money just for a softer ride imo.
