I sent an email today to technical support at hp tuners about the display not showing s for sport mode here is the response:

Send me your stock file, the file from the other vehicle, & the new modified file from your vehicle. I can't give an eta when we'll I'll be able to assign one of our engineers to look it over as we're right in the middle of a development cycle but I'll at least put it into our work in queue.

I had to ask. LOL I did find out my tcm os number through hp tuners. I can't compare it to other tune files unless I lic. the other file. My TCM OS # 2426412. If anybody with a lt knows there tcm os it would be nice to compare.

To OP.. Did you actually get to dyno with the new settings and without downshifting issues..?

didn't dyno it. but i drive the car everyday, doesn't downshift in m with tap shift activated.
