I love my 1LE and love it even more every time I drive. The only way I would get rid of it is if they build a 6th gen 1LE that best it in performance and affordability or another Z/28 that I can afford.

I think you guys just need more power lol... If I left my car stock I'd probably be pretty bored of it too buy now and be wanting something newer with more stock HP, but the way my car is now the only cars I'd really have any interest in getting rid of it for is a C7 Z06, and an ATS-V both of which I won't be able to afford for at least a few years anyways... I'm still unsure how I feel about the gen 6. Low twelves bone stock is awesome but considering the time and money I've already put into my 1LE it just wouldn't feel worth it to trade it now.

I plan to do the same with Sledge here. He is still a young pup, and he will grow in time. Trust me, I'll bring the point home in this thread right here, revival of the greatest thread from the dead of all time .
Yes! It would be epic to see 1LE's still killing it 20+ years from now

No spark needed. C7's, new Camaro's, 350's etc are in an entirely different price bracket than what I paid for my 1LE. No car out there makes me question my decision in the slightest, or make me enjoy it less.

Re-spark your 1LE love

(Mandatory pic per forum ethics section)

For me, I have a daily driver. A '15 BMW M235i (turbo, 320 hp and 300 + torque) it's fun and fast but when I get to finally drive my LE I have to readjust myself so I don't go flying into a wall. The LE is just so damn fun in all aspects and it's easy to underestimate just how much performance our cars really have. Just drive another car for a couple of days and then drive your LE, I'm telling you, a new sense of appreciation for the performance and engineering of our cars will be realized. That's when you know...true love.
