Zaino Discussion: Z8 vs Z6 and Z16 Perfect Tire Gloss

So every time I wash my car with Zaino wash, I finish it up with Z8.

The car looks awesome...no complaints there but here's my biggest problem: It takes too damn long to Z8 the car after every wash.

Z8 is a spray on and then BUFF off application (not wipe off). You do a 3x3 area and buff the shit out of it after you spray it on. It takes a WHILE to do this to your car...and if you wash your car often, this becomes a rather large chore.

So... my question to you Zaino users. Is Z6 faster? Easier? I don't care if it's slightly less glassy, I just want something I spray on and quickly wipe...no more buffing please!!

On to the Tire Gloss. I like this product...it looks good BUT - it doesn't last. It lasts until it gets wet - either washing or rain, but then it's done. No more dark color... it just looks like I took it down a dirt road or something. Only seem to get 3 or 4 days out of each application before it looks like it did before I used it.

I probably have 5-6 coats on each tire by now but multiple coats do not seem to help. Anyone have other results?

Z6 is much easier and still provides a nice shine. I have actually been washing and then using Z2 to build up my base.

But on my old car...wash and then Z6 for weekly washes and stuff.

No help on the tire shine...it looks great when applied but yeah, doesn't last long.

I've tried both Z8 and Z6. I prefer Z6.

Z6 doesn't seem to streak as easily either.

I had a few bottles of Z8, which I reserved for just shows. But once they were empty, I resorted back to Z6. Its very easy to use, and the results are just as good.

As for the tires, I use Armor-All Extreme Tire Shine (spray, not gel).

Here is a pic. after using Z6, and the tire shine mentioned;

I like the Zaino tire gloss because I dont like the "look at me I'm still in high school" gloss many of the other products give. Too glossy looks bad.

Well, that's difficult to say. The car never see's rain, so it never washes off. When I have driven it on consecutive days, they're still a nice dark black, with a "satin" look. I usually wash the car at least once a week, at which time I use a cleaner to remove the Armor-All. I don't like "gels" as most "sling", and I don't like the build-up. The spray is better IMO.

That picture was taken immediately after Armor-All was applied. As for "look at me, I'm still in high school" shine, I don't think thats really the case. It's a matter of personal preference. I've used Zaino's tire treatment, but I can get the same look from a good tire cleaner.

I prefer a little different look. The Armor All provides that, but does not have that "high gloss", "wet", "Look at me I'm still in high school" look you're referring to.

When they were off the car, they received many, many, many, coats of Zaino.
