question for camaro/firebird owners

Ive got a 50 mile drive to work (one way). on the way home today I caught up with white SS with red racing stripes, same rims as me just in chrome. overall just a beautiful car. I looked over at him and nodded, as if saying nice car. I we cruised up I-5...made that hour drive seem like 10 minutes. does anyone else get that camaro/firebird/musclecar comradery where thy are at.
I do lots of long distance driving and I seem to always find myself in a pack with Fbody's vettes, GTO's lightning's and srt 10's...even Mustangs join in. the thing I like about living in washington is the fact that there are soooo many beautiful muscle cars on the road here. I cant count how many first gen FBodys Ive seen since Ive moved here. But what I loved about living in GA/FL were the gatherings and drive-ins I still havent seen anything like this since I moved up here....

I love the comradery....no matter if it's a Camaro or a Mustang. It's nice when I pass another Camaro and they want to keep up w/ me...especially on those longer drives. When it comes down to the long drives, I love getting the caravan started....just like your 1st pic.

I ocassionally receive, as well as give, a "thumbs up" whenever I see another 4th Gen. SS. I especially make an effort whenever I see a nice 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Gen. Camaro.

To add to Tags thoughts, I feel a little pride whenever I'm stopped, and I catch the people in the car behind me pointing, or pulling alongside and making a comment to me. :o

Camaro's are GREAT aren't they??!!

Oh yeah... I especially love the thumbs up and the comments on my plate. Those are the best.

GAAAAAAWWWWWDDDD thats a lot of beautiful f-bods.

I love seein other f-bods on the road when im on long trips, I like to see who is drivin them and Ill usually slow down to check their car out and to see if they want to have some fun...or as I call it "aggressive car tag", but alas, most of the cars I see when I go on long trips are old fogeys in their vettes and what not. and the f-bods and stangs that have the younguns dont want to play. even when Ive got 500lbs of bags and crap in my car cus im drivin from SC to IL.
