Thanks, I appreciate the input. That put things into more perspective.

I don't know that I would keep it for forever. Realistically, what would be considered a "great" trade? I feel like the ball is in my hands because I drove this car about 2 months ago, and it was to the point of low fuel then, and it hasn't moved any so I don't think it's getting any interest at all. It's a small town dealership and they've had it at least 2 years, probably closer to 3, so I wouldn't doubt they are desperate.

The sticker in the car was $44k, and they dropped it 3k so they were asking 41k. It's too much, especially considering the circumstance. I don't think it's worth more than 32-33, even new. No incentives, 3 years old, and it's been sitting there with no interest obviously.

$41k is too much for a 2011. Not sure where you are located but my local dealership has a 2012 2SS/RS Convertible for $39k.

I like that black better. With the 12 being newer with 0% for 72 months, they're gonna have to come down. I would probably do a trade for $5-6k.

My 2011 Vert had 2000 miles on it when I bought in this past September and I paid 34K for it... and it is EVERYTHING I wanted.......
