Headlight and Fog/Running Light replacements

I put new Xenon 8000K bulbs in my 2013 Camaro SS and they look really dim. They were kinda cheap imports from ebay. The Passenger side seems a little bit melted where a bulb must have fell against it. It still holds a bulb, but I was reading that these projectors/reflectors get old and worn and need to be replaced. Does anyone have experience with this? Is this just cheap bulbs?

Also, CarID has a bunch of aftermarket headlights. Anyone have experience with them? Any better?

And, finally one of the running/fog lights got overheated. They kinda look like aftermarket LED's. Anyone have experience with them?

Need someone who has some experience with these issues.
Thanks,
Cody
