All V6's, about 4 of which are 'RS' models.

Was that Bryner you spoke to?

You're making the right move too. Shop around. It may be a little difficult, but you will find dealers not asking a mark-up.

If it is Bryner, please let me know. I'd like to send them an e-mail expressing my thoughts.

Bryner has a lot of nerve. They suckered me out there in June (I think) with like 5 or 6 on the lot only to find out they wanted 4000.00 plus over sticker. Needless to say I will never go back and will tell anyone not to go with Bryner. I stayed with my order with Flemington paid sticker but got them to throw in several Mobil 1 oil changes, which is not bad, and they seem to be good guys. Placed my order end of May got my 1SS first week of August. Try Flemington.

I had the exact opposite experience at Bryner. They were great to deal with and their service department is superb. I have been dealing with them for years and will continue to do so.

As a side note, when I was shoppping for my car I found that all of the dealers I visited were trying to get $4K over sticker and with that wouldn't even let you test drive a car before ordering. Bryner was the only one that not only had a 2SS stick in stock, but also let me test drive it. Needless to say, they got my business.

Better than Pine Belt Eatontown then. Those bastards have all these Camaro's on their lots with "market adjustments" of $3,500.

They don't seem to be moving like they were in the spring and summer.

Well Jacques I ended up going to four dealers and the only one not charging sticker was bryner. From research on-line I know a lot of dealers are doing this, but there are just as many dealers probably more being honest and charging sticker. With me it's a matter of principle, I consider price scalping like what bryner does to be unethical, and it should be illegal. If you are willing to pay that much over sticker go for it. I would rather put that money into headers and a cam.

Actually, when I was looking Bryner was the only one willing to sell at sticker. I, for one, will never pay a "market adjustment" for any car. If I had a choice between two dealers selling at sticker I would choose Bryner every time. In fact, even if I had to pay a little more I would have gone with Bryner. As I said, their service has been superb. With so many dealers out there (including internet dealers) price pressure is bound to prevail.
