So I have all the pieces in hand.. This is a quick assembly and it will be taken to the shop for final installation and assembly.

They seem like very solid well built pieces.. The prices were pretty amazing for what I got and the overall quality feel and appearance...

I have the NRG quick release and wheel for my civic.

I found NRG to be very fair price for what you get, its not the very best.... but it gets the job done.

The only complaint that I had, was the wheel. Where the center ring is, the 6 bolts kept come loose. Had to tighten them once a week.

That's no good! Might be a good place to use the heavy loc-tite,
the bad: would probably never come loose again,
the good: would probably never come loose again.

Thanks for the info. I'll certainly be using something to prevent that, and still check them on a regular basis... Having a wheel come off at 200+ mph is bad form...

Yeah when the loctite either pulls the threads out or just refuses to let go it makes it tough to get things accomplished... I'll be trading off the specific hardware they sent for a better grade of bolts/screws...

So, a dry sump pump hazard... It is rare but if there are no check valves on the turbo oil feed lines, it is possible for the impeller in the pump to be in just the wrong position allowing for a slow back flow of oil from the sump tank (which sits a little bit higher than the turbos) through the pump and out the seals in the turbo...

This occurred while I was offshore...

So, I cleaned it up with kitty litter oil dry stuff, and topped off the oil level. I fired up the car, checked for any obvious leaks, then let her idle until all the temps were up. I drove her about 2 miles around the neighborhood and I haven't seen any additional leakage so far... She will smoke for a bit until I can get her on a lift and clean the air inlet line but that's no biggie...
