Dear Mister Hamdo,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the recent illegal cleanup of a major hazardous waste accident.

We have looked into the perpetrators previous HAZMAT training and skills, (if any) as per section 143, subsection 'a' of Uniform HAZMAT code.

In addition to initial training ranging from 8 to 40 hours, annual refreshers are required to maintain HAZWOPER certifications.

It appears the perpetrator was previously a HAZWOPER whose training has lapsed, so he currently is only a WOPER, but he promised to vote for Hillary in the next election, so we've decided to drop the investigation, (pending review of his voting record.)

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our way of life safe from terrorists.

One of the most amazing classes I ever attended was at the Nevada test site, for a class on weapons of mass destruction, radialogical / nuclear.... This was right after 9/11....

When I was a youngster, they used to show the video of the house getting blown apart, and the trees being blown away... etc... I walked right where that device was set off.... and a lot of other interesting areas... One of the instructors was a Russian medical student doing his residency when the Chernobyl power plant blew up. He lost an uncle who was hired to help with the containment... fantastic speaker.
