VMAX TB= Nice improvement!

I just put mine on yesterday. Too much traffic to try it out yet but it definitely improved the sound. I have the Roto Fab CAI already and that improved the sound but now with the VMAX Throttle Body it sounds much more throaty and you can really hear the supercharger Whine!

Can u put in the VMAX with a cold air intake without a tune? I have cold air induction set up. Is it really worth it?

Yep, no tune required. Even with the CAI, you'll pick up another 20 RWHP or so. The VMAX TB is the best bang for the buck hands down for the ZL1.

Got mine a week ago . Scheduled for a cam upgrade & dyno tune the end of this month @ Nickey. He said VMAX is one of the best. Already have rotofab CAI installed. Can't wait to see what kind of numbers she will make

have you dyno'd that setup? interested in the gains. Have the 5% balancer. was contemplating the exact same setup for now.

So we need to see how these cars are running after all this new found air (CAI, TB) and no tune/torco. Where is the safe limit without a tune?

I have to agree with BlackZL1

The JDP VMAX works as advertised, I have the Roto-Fab CAI installed also. No 5% pulley yet, but it's coming. What I noticed after the install of the T/B, besides the cleaner /quicker throttle response. Was how the car accelerated when in 4 & 5 gear running down the interstate. It was a noticeable improvement in how the car accelerated

Yep, Typically we'll see about a 50 RWHP gain without any tuning or fuel additive.

Our ZL-625 Package is the limit from what we have found with not having to use any fuel additive.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.
