Picked the ZL1 up yesterday...Oh My!

Hard to let my pampered '11 2SSRS go, BUT the ZL1 is an unreal SuperCar. I also went from a manual to the auto. No regrets. The algorithms are impressive.

We always tell people that the ZL1 is a whole new car compared to a 2SS. Now you'll understand. !

Enjoy the beast and be careful. Drive it for a while to get used to it BEFORE you turn the nannies off. (grin)

My "L88 attitude" '69 taught me that in '84 when I bought her. 660 horsepower, T400 trans and 4:88 gears. It will go sideways even in 2nd gears!
Thanks for the heads up. Nothing crazy for the Z for atleast a thousand miles.....

Congrats!!!

Curious if your neighbors can/will notice a difference. Reason I say this is when I traded my black 2014 SS in for the '15 BVM ZL1 in Feb this year, some of my neighbors didn't realize I had a different car for months.

Nice partner for that ZL1. If you start modding that ZL1 you may have to watch out for third gear too.
