I'VE BEEN 151MPH, CLOSED COURSE THAT IS AND HAD SOME TO GO BUT I LET OFF GOT KINDA SCAREY FAST, I WAS STILL IN 5TH GEAR

The fastest I've heard is 186 mph by mtcwby. His camaro is supercharged.

Unless there's a built motor on that car and its making more power than any other supercharged SS I have ever read about/seen, he did not hit 180+. Too much aerodynamic resistance and not enought hp to achieve those speeds.

I figure the difference is due to the tires growing in diameter at such high speeds. The GPS is way more accurate

If I was a betting man, I would bet my Camaro would do 134 without any issue whatsoever. I bet that would feel pretty fast too going by traffic like it was standing still. Just a guess of course.

If you have a Camaro SS, your car will easily hit the electronic speed limiter at 158mph without any issues (as long as the road is straight and flat).

I CAN SEE MY CAR DOING 175 AT THE REV LIMITER I WAS RUNNING AROUND 5K DIDNT LOOK THAT CLOSE EITHER BUT IT IS FAST AND WHEN YOU SHIFT TO 6TH IT DROPS QUICK IN SPEED.

If we're talking about Camaro 125. Fastest I've ever gone is 160.

me is 152mph on a straight road and was still climbing a bit but started going up a hill and was slowing down.. this was on thanksgiving.. this was just with a tune
