I had similar issues and I changed my spark plugs and bought new wires as well. Mine turned out to be a loose ground on the passenger head and I was having cutting out and misfiring. If your grounds are good, double check your wires are on all the way. Two clicks for the coils and one for the plugs themselves.

I don't want to make you nervous. But I was having the exact same symptoms and I ended having a broken valve spring.

I turn all my tc stuff off by holding the button down for 8 seconds before I get on it. Usually turn it off before I drive it at all. Misfires can cause it but I think overloading the system with power causes it too. Just turn it off unless you are driving in the rain.

Mine all came on after getting putting my maggie on (only started it to load on trailer) but have not got it tuned yet so its all kinds of confused I am sure. I will re post tomorrow and let you know if they go off after car gets tuned. I also replaced my plugs with the SC install NGK TR6.
