Hello,
I just purchased a 2015 Camaro 2ss 1le npp. I noticed when changing out the floor matts under the passenger seat the carpet is cut like a 'C'. The deal told me it is for the air bag connectors access point. Do any of you have this cut in your rug?

It's for the vin#. At least on mine.. I saw it when I had the passenger seat out. I lifted the c flap up and the vin was stamped on the floor pan right under it. No wires went through it.
