Window jammed / frozen.

I did an advanced search in this sub and came up empty, hence the thread.

When I arrived at work, I hit the driver side "up" switch, and my window proceeded to "stagger bounce" to the full bottom position and would of course not come back up.
I replaced the whole regulator and guide package less than two years ago, so this is just extremely annoying.
I can hear the regulator/motor moving when I hit either position switch, but it might be stripped and just aimlessly turning.
Another thing I noticed when I pulled the panel was that on the way down, something caught the interior side of the glass and left a uniform scratch on the glass.

Any thoughts or advice appreciated! Thanks. -J.

Window possibly came off the track, Only way to really get an idea is to pull the door panel and go from there.
