Got the Baer rotors on all 4 and the rear pads and calipers installed. Waiting for the correct front pads to arrive and for the SS braided lines to show up......

INCREDIBLY jealous of all that space. I have NO garage right now so all the work on my car or my buddies S550 Mustang GT gets done in his tiny 1-car garage ( thats about 35mins away from home ). We make it work tho! I had to replace my tensioner, idler and belts this weekend and I had to do them in the middle of a parking lot because my HOA would have a coronary if they saw me working on the car again on property

Very nice. I wish I had all that space to work on the car.

I am for sure envious of that much clean floor space. Love it!

Thanks guys... the building was just completed at the end of October. Its been a life long dream to have a shop that I could have enough room to work in. I really wanted to have a lift installed this year, but funds are low so I'll have to hope my wifes real estate business gets back to where it was before and hopefully get a lift next year some time.

Awesome shop! Where in SoCo are you? My house is about 40 minutes from Durango, and an hour from Cortez.

Very happy for you man, that's my, as well as many others here dream garage!

I had planned to get this done this past summer. The price of the building really wasn't bad, as metal buildings are surprisingly affordable. It's the cost of the slab that really killed it for me. That, and the large oak tree in my yard right where I intended to place it. Tree removal is a freaking insane cost these days.

Oh well, it will happen when its supposed to happen.

Ya, I thought the price overall was fairly reasonable. I wanted a 30X40, but that was pretty steep, SO, I opted for a 30X32 instead. I have electricity, insulated doors, wall & ceiling insulation, but couldnt swing having heat installed. Even on the snowiest days this year so far its only gotten down to 42* inside. Once the sun hits it, it warms up inside and holds the heat pretty much all day. Ive really been loving it so far.
