ZR-1 Style "See Through" hood for 2010 Camaro

I Just saw the ZR-1 style hood on a Victory Red Maggie Super Charged 2010 Camaro. It was shown on a Barrett Jackson "Mothers" clay bar DIY demonstration. This hood has the see through glass down the center of the cowl which allows you to view the SC and it looks totally Bad Ass!!!!!
Can anyone advise If this hood is in production for the 2010 Camaro?????

Rick Hendrick had one similar to the ZR-1 on his special edition camaro. There was also a blue/orange car at SEMA that had something even closer. I don't know which company made the hood though...

Callaway makes one but you have to buy the whole car.

I am going to do what you love best right now...

DONT DO IT... This isnt a Ferrari, the engine is not overly attractive. Second, if you get a maggie under there, make people find out the hard way! Why advertise?

Sorry, I had to becuase you said I am always "to the point"

I swear the callaway part is just an insert. The hoods been cut and the panel gets dropped on. Im shocked that someone hasnt made this aftermarket.

Callaway/Hendrick hood was by ACS; the polycarbonite insert is the exact same piece from the ZR1, with GM as the sole source...it IS a "proprietary piece"...

It's a really cool looking addition to a car, but there just isn't a market for it. I mean honestly, how many people are willing to hack up their hood so you can see through it? It's still pretty tight though... I just don't see it happening to too many camaros out on the roads.
