This is the number and title. I copy pasted and bolded so you don't have to go thru it all. Formatting got messy from pdf copy paste but I cleaned up most of it for readability.

The PQC has a process to confirm the ECM/PCM calibration is GM issued. BEFORE authorizing
any V8 gasoline engine replacement, the PQC requires the Calibrations Group to verify that the
engine calibrations are OEM. ...The Calibrations Group will require a screen s
hot (.jpg file only) of the GDS 2 Calibration
History Events screen according to the process that is outlined in this bulletin.
General Motors is identifying an
increasing number of engine, transmission and catalytic converter
part failures that are the result of non-GM (after
market) engine and transmission control calibrations
being used.
When alteration to the GM-released engine or transmission control calibrations occurs, it subjects
powertrain and driveline components
(engine , transmission, transfer case, driveshaft and rear axle) to stresses that were not tested
by General Motors. It is because of these unknown stresses, and the
potential to alter reliability, durability and emissions performance, that GM has adopted a policy that
prevents any UNAUTHORIZED dealer warranty claim submissions to any remaining warranty coverage, to the powertrain and driveline components whenever the presence of a non-GM
(aftermarket) calibration is c
onfirmed – even if the non-GM control module calibration is
subsequently removed.
......GDS 2 is capable of displaying up
to 10 Calibration
History Events.

Select: Calibration History from
the drop down menu in order to display the following items
on the screen:
{
Calibration History Buffer
{
Number of Calibration History Events Stored
{
Calibration Part Number History
{
Calibration Verification Number History
14. Select: Save Report.
15. Select : Print.
16. Retain a copy of the screen s
hot with the repair order.
17.
Notice
All screen shots MUST be sent as a .jpg file. Keep all photos in ONE e-mail.
E-mail a copy of the screen shot to tacsnapshot@gm.com. In the Subject line of the e-mail
include the phrase “V8 Cal” as well asthe complete VIN and Dealer BAC.
In the Body of the e-mail, include the VIN, mileage, R.O. number and
BAC. Include a brief description of the customer concern and cause of the concern.
18.
Notice
The dealer will receive an e-mail reply afterthe calibrations have been
validated. The e-mail reply will advise the dealer if the calibrations are OEM.
Allow two hours for the Calibrations Group to verify the calibrations and set up the case
details.
If the Calibrations Group determines thatthe calibrations ARE aftermarket calibrations,
DO NOT contact GM Technical Assistance to discuss warranty concerns on the aftermarket calibrations. ALL questions and concerns about warranty should be directed to the District Manager Aftersales (DMA

So as we suspected a Tune can cause you to be shafted on warranty claims
FWIW: I don't have a warranty, I do have a tune.

On the factory calibration warranty issue. The Tec2 can read the last 10 calibrations. I'm not 100% sure this works- but if you saved your original OEM calibration (and you're NUTS if you didn't) and re-flash the same OEM calibration ten times, every flash in history will be OEM. As far as I can tell, this works... and if they question why it had that many flash events, one could say it was troubleshooting the problem and suspecting the ECU was having a problem. It makes you look as if you don't know what you're doing- but with every flash being OEM, they have no legal standing to deny a warranty claim.
Again- I have not done it, as I'm a retired service manager and no longer deal with warranty claims. For a major failure, I'd try anything... although I don't advocate blowing up your stuff from negligence and then shafting GM for warranty, but we all know that some failures are defects and the software we use didn't cause it.

Go to http://www.elportalnm.org/ select ChiltonLibrary.com and in Out-of-State Access, enter Albuquerque for the city and 87101 for the zip code. Then press Access Now and it should direct to the Chilton Library.
