I have the Doug Thorley Tri-y's and my ground clearance is actually better than stock, and I have lowered my motor 1/2" as well.

I haven't tested the Pfadts, but when I changed from manifolds to the tri-y's, I picked up about 35 at the wheels. Probably wouldn't have picked up as much N/A, but I was more concerned about ground clearance than performance. And that is going from manifolds with gutted cats to no-cat headers.

If you call them and request it they will send you an uncoated set I believe.

Answered via PM, but for the sake of the thread, the pfadt headers come in 2nd on ground clearance from all the other 4-into-1 LTs, but the DTs are at least stock or better on ground clearance. The v-band clamp on the Pfadts eat up most of the gained clearance vs standard headers though. But since I have a shop I will modify them to eliminate the v-band clamp.
