Heritage grill w/bowtie??

I've heard, or read I should say, rumors that there are some people working on a custom bracket to mount the bowtie on the new Hertiage grill, can anybody confirm that or if you have custom fitted your bowtie yourself I would appreciate it if you could share with me and other Camaro 5 enthusiasts how you accomplished it. Thanks!!!

I would love a bracket/mount that did not involve modifying the original bowtie.

We are working on getting our bowtie attaching clips available ASAP. We have OK'd our test shots of these clips and should get some from our supplier next week. I will let the board know when these become available.

Installing the OE bowtie without modifaction is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that the OE grille has 2 verticle mounting points that do not corrospond to the new grille style/spacing of the Heritage grille.
See Pics Below:

What about re-using the original SS emblem?

Your clips would snap over or lock over the billet brill itself? Sounds like an easy fix and I would be interested in being a test mule if you're looking for feedback. I will have my grill in a day or so.

Are you wanting to put the OE bowtie on a billet grille? Is that what you are asking? I haven't tried that yet, but I can send you some of our clips if you want to test it. Let me know.

Yes, I have the black billet bowties on my stock grill currently and would like to fit that to the Heritage grill. I would love it if you would send me some clips to play with.
