2010 L99 P219A Cylinder Imbalance Bank 1

Has anyone solved this Code P219A or B (Cylinder Imbalance Bank 1 [A] or 2 [B])? Searched but saw no definitive solutions.

2010 SS with L99 auto. 143k miles.

Thus far I have done & observed the following:

* Cleaned air filter - still throwing code
* Searched for vacuum leaks - no finds - still throwing code
* Swapped left and right front heated O2 sensors to see if code would switch banks - it did not - stayed with left bank 1, so assume O2 fine
* Swapped left and right fuel injectors, again to see if code would switch banks - it did not - stayed with left bank 1, so assume injectors are fine - they looked clean. O ring seals checked for vacuum leaks, some seem "loose".
* Installed new plugs left bank 1 - still throwing P219A code after about 30+ miles.

Freeze data when code is set is usually 70+ mph, seems like prolly when DoD is disabling V4 and going back to V8 mode.

Next step is to tune out AFM/DoD altogether and see if it still throws it.

???

.. same problem here.

Driving home on freeway and a P219A code popped up on my 2010 Camaro SS. I had the local Chevy dealership supply and install a crate engine (same L99 6.2 L) at 93,000 miles. Im currently at 139,000 miles. No engine mods. Nothing seems out of order while it's running.

"bub", did you ever figure this problem out?
