Hello all! We apologize for the bearing issue... We are going to make sure that no one else has to experience a failed bearing... so we are planning on supplying new bearings for every kit that has been sold since 2011

We have a master list of all the IPF Supercharger customers. If you are not contacted in the next few weeks with your bearing upgrade please contact us, or if your information has changed in the last two years let us know.

We are also contacting our dealers to make them aware of the bearing issue, some have already been replaced. If you purchased your kit from a 3rd party vendor we may not have your information, if that is the case please email us and I will make sure to put you on the list.

We are contacting customers using our email master list so please keep an eye out for an email from us in the near future.

Thank you all for your support and understanding. We appreciate all of our customers and will replace your idler pulley bearings if they are failed or not as a preventative measure.

Thanks Arno/Andy ! I installed my new set on Monday, took less than an hour. When mine seized the gator back belt didn't break but the squealing over the seized pulley was a real awakening going 75 on the interstate.

Lol. Their junk kit left two that I know of stranded on the side of the road. Separate belt was a nice theory but the kit was such garbage, particularly the mounting bracket (welded by the master himself) which failed.

OP see if you can't get some upgraded idler pulleys.

This is how a performance company and tuning company is supposed to preform

I my self don't have a kit but if I decided to jump on one IPF will be the one that I will go with.

I have nothing but good things to say about the way this was handled. Not just for my situation, but for everyone's. I do not know of any other company that would take a situation like this as seriously as they seem to be doing.
