I think most from further north thought it a bit far to travel as the Dyno was called off. I thought it pretty central for the UK, but as James said there was some difficulty in finding a decent cruise route as well.

I guess it's around a 4 hour drive for those furthest away which is too far for a burger and short afternoon meet before heading home again?

Several who attended American Speedfest came down the day before and stayed in Hotels, but that starts to make it expensive.

Don't know the answer really, it would be really cool to have EVERYONE meet up at a suitable venue, and as the Summer meet is James's baby then that will be up to him?

In the meantime, maybe those more southerly might be interested in these shows, all of which I'm attending?

Visited the Diner today for an open car show.

Parking would have been fine, and he would have coned off enough area.

Strange location in the middle of an industrial estate.

Food however was not that good, so looks like a good call to cancel
