It should work with an automatic. I had a similar kit off a auto and it worked fine before, and I have a ls3.

Yes, this kit works on a ls3. The turbo's replaces the mufflers, witch is the same on the ls3 & l99.

Still have the instructions?
What size injectors typically run with this kit? I gotta admit, that bird nest of hoses and wires looks pretty off-putting for someone with my lack of experience.
