Now that we have a firm place and time...I'll start handing out some flyers to our fellow Camaro owners around the Hampton and Newport News area with all the info. I also suggested on the flyer they visit the website and go to the Calender Page if they plan to attend. Should be FUN!

I meet chvy-2ss at the bass pro shop in hampton this weekend. gave me a flyer, i'll definately be there. can't wait to meet other 5th gen camaro owners.

Well, most of us have 5th gens already, but its for Camaro5 members, so, no you don't have to have a 5th gen to participate. Just a little story for everyone - I drove down the street I lived on as a kid to see my old neibor, he sold his 68 Firebird to my brother ( the car was barely street legal...7mpg!). Well, he comes around the corner and he is looking over the car, giving me his likes and dislikes. Then walks me to his garage and that son of a gun, has a 2SS RJ in the garage. Turns out he picked his up 1 day prior to me. Oh, and his neibor just picked up her 2LT ABM last week! Met her as I was leaving, she only has 147 miles on the car! Too cool! They both plan on making it out the 25th. And, for any one that saw the Camaro write up in the daily press with Matt Schon, well Mr. Wallace(my neibor) called him up and he is going to try to make it too, so thats 3 more Camaro's coming out. I'm getting in touch with the reporter from the paper so she can come out and do a follow up with our rally! Keep the enthusiasm up, only a few weeks away!

OK, the list on the 1st post is those that have said they should be coming. Those with * are not sure yet. There is another 10 that I have PM and am waiting to hear from them. If you get a chance, post your name on the "Calander". Just easier for me to keep up with, and for other members to see who is coming. I will work on breaking down the list on where everyone is from incase anyone would like to step up and set a meeting spot and then drive in to Williamsburg (southside, peninsula, northern VA, Maryland). Looks like 23 confirmed, and possible total over 40 if everyone that has shown interest comes in. Only 2 weeks till meet, can't wait to meet everyone.
