I think I found Metra's Double DIN kit . . .
http://www.me-mag.com/ProductList.aspx?SectionCode=01
Scroll down to the 7th product . . . It says it retains Onstar and all the audio controls - sounds promising. |

Nice, where can we order from. It's not showing up on their site.

Yea I noticed . . . that sucks. I want a close-up view of how this looks and see exactly how they retained Onstar and "all audio controls" which I hope means lighting options menus and other options etc.

Usually a dash kit is only part of what is needed. The required harness is typcially sold separate and I don't see a harness or antenanna adapter there. I'd like to know how the harness retains all those functions if the radio is replaced. I would almost think that the radio would need to be re-located to the trunk like in some other cars, but I'm not sure what other functions go thru it.

Based on that pic it looks cheesy but it seems like the only cost effective way to go....

already got a response, not a whole lotta help either..."sorry, nothing as of yet"....thanks man, how about an expected date or a "I'll check into it and get back to you"....sheesh. And if what ltaudio says is true, $500 is a bit rich for me for a push button setup, hope his comes out a little bit cheaper, at the very least, retain the knobs

Talked to our rep and still CES release date lookin somewhere around $400.00 retail. Includes the harness and will retain all functions. Although he "thinks" its touch panel ac controls. He wouldn't elaborate.
