Ported Throttle Body gains
Hello. I've read tons of reviews with regards to Ported T.Bs and see that it gives you better throttle response. My questions is, will you see any gain in your E.T on the strip?
Thanks, Jason |

Definitely more throttle response than anything else. There were post some time ago where some people were seeing maybe a 1-3 hp gain. You’ll never feel it or see it in your times or mph. I have a stage 2 Bo White TB and really like it. Throttle response is much improved.

All the 3-5 hp gains adds up to 12-15s

Ported Throttle Body gains
I’m not sure if I gained any hp or tq from a throttle body, but I did notice throttle response being way better. Had a BKK 102mm throttle body for a year and switched to a nick williams 102mm throttle body because the BBK one kept causing issues. Have way more airflow with the 102mm too

My stock TB was ported when I bought the car, so no before and after experience or numbers. I just try to read and learn.
