What is that? Everyone else has a ET number.

Any ideas?

i am in phoenix and i think that we are on the same train but diff car number. i am expecting my delivery date to the dealer by fri or saturday. i think the train goes from phoenix to socal from here

Not sure where my dealer got the info for the 11/9 delivery date but he actually did call me. I was suppose to get updates all the way, instead I told him I had the VIN, Window sticker and that the car was on 904551.

He told me that he didn't want to call me unless he had accurate info. I hope he is right

When you call in to get the info on our railcar, do you hear a city at all? I can only hear that its going to Mira Loma. Do I have to record it and play it backwards or something

i am calling the number 1-800-235-2352, you press one then press ettx (32 81 81 92) then your rail car # (mine is 70474) then press ##.

It then says, "Please wait for a response... Car ETTX 702474, load, arrived at Armourdale, Kansas on UP (union Pacific) November 2nd, @ 9:51pm & there is no ETA available."

when i call during the day it will say the same thing but instead of arrived it will say, "departed" until it gets to its next stop.

It depends on when you call if it has arrived or departed or parked for the night until the next morning.

Thanks for the info guys--I'll try what SikMaro suggests--we are on the same car because our car# matched ETTX 904551 which means we should deliver a few days after SikMaro does to Phoenix--the 9th is looking like our date to SoCal...
