Fits good...but leaves lots of little surface scratches. I'm hoping the Zaino treatment I give it in the near future takes those out.

Just got dyno tuned, allready had ARH headers on the car. Mike took out the skip shift [from the DIC too], and lowerd the on temp for the fans. He saves your factory tune in case you need it.

Yes, the ARH 1-7/8 header kit with high flow cats and x-pipe, 3" all the way back to the rear axle. At the time of the tune I had the 2-1/2" stock mufflers from the axle back. I have since then went to 3" Magnaflows. Have not dyno'd it with those mufflers but it feels like more. I also had modified the stock air box, but Mike found it was killing the HP, later I got a LMR intake. Headers + tune are the way to go.

New 2SS In Centennial, CO

This last Saturday the 7th of November I bought a 2010 2SS, 6 speed manual, black w/white stripes. I am having a great time. This is my everyday car and I have to drive to Fort Collins on Sunday for business; from the weather report I will see how it does in snow. Anyone else try driving in the snow?

Congrats and welcome to the group. I don't envy you having to drive in the snow. I brought mine home a few weeks ago and got it in the garage just before the snow started falling. Take it easy and be careful, I'm sure it will be fine. Report back how it does.

I just got my Vortech done at RMCR. Great kit. Great tune. Vortech is using RMCR and
my car for their High Altitude testing with their V-3si Supercharger kit.
If anyone doubts the difference between a "canned" tune and having
a professional do the tune, it got me more than 50 hp more at the rear wheels
having RMCR custom tune my car compared to the handheld "canned"
tune that comes with the kit. I ended up with 631 rwhp at a safe 7.5 lbs of boost.
Which is an unbelievable 60% increase in power.
That's 725 hp at the flywheel.
You can check out the entire process at the following thread:

That's my next mod, along with a Mr. Fusion, so I won't have to stop for gas.
I'll just have to stop by peoples garbage cans and fill er up!!

I took Larry for a ride today, he almost lost his lunch!!!

Anyone else want to check her out, just come by Johnson's Corner and hop in.
I might have to start taking donations to go toward the tire fund.

If you were better looking and had the right equipment, I might
think about it.

Hey, when you pay for results and a business comes through, with way
more than expected, And there were no hidden fees tacked on for this and that. I'll plug them every chance I get, because I know that any one of you guys can go to their shop and not get screwed. You will be walking out of their shop with a mile wide grin on your faces and feeling very satisfied.
Damn right I'll plug them. Unlike another Corvette shop in Denver that
I walked out of feeling like I'd been run through the wringer without even a kiss.
Yes I'm happy and I want all the guys on this site to know it so they can go there too and feel like I do with my car!!
You'll understand what I mean when the dollars you are throwing at your car
start showing you big Hp gains instead of drops.

Yesterday I took my mom to a Chinese place in Ft. Lupton as a thank you for watching my house and feeding the cats while I was at a conference. When I pulled into the parking lot for Safeway I saw a brand new blue 2010 Camaro from Purifoy. Of course I had to park near it

Took a couple of pictures of the pair of them While I was taking the pictures a guy came who was parked on the other side came up and asked if I knew how much they cost. I pointed to mine and said about 31k, he then did a double take and went something like, wow I didn't see that there were two of them here. Pretty entertaining to me.

First time I've seen an LS model in person. I do like the block offs for the fog lights, don't care for the stock wheels at all. Didn't see the owner and the car was still there after lunch.
