I don't know about that, guess they are both morons then! But the Camaro has still been the pace car for two years in a row! The poll results don't really matter - I already know I have the coolest car ever made!

Online polls are so easy to hack/cheat.

And there is nothing the web admin can do short of limiting to one vote per address, but then you have the issue where thousands upon thousands of people come from a single address. Which means that all of those people would only get a single vote.

The only other way to stop cheating is to force everyone to create an account in order to vote, but even that can be automated to cheat the poll. It's just a little harder.

I actually wrote a program in about an hour that would allow me to swap that poll back to the Camaro winning. I won't be running it because it's not worth the bandwidth and possibly having car & driver (or worse there ISP) block me. I only wrote it to see if I could.
