The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix. Talk to Ted Jannetty. One of the cars he built had one put in at a semi-local place. Was pretty nice.

Listen, do something with those hideous exhaust tips and then maybe we can talk! They almost tripped me when I was walking around you car!. Either Don or I can get you the info for the roll bar. I think my guy is about 6 months out but that should be toward the end of winter which may be ok. I doubt you'll get anyone could for the end of this year. |

Look up Cole @ Fastlane if you want a bolt in / out kit. Looked pretty decent and easy to install. Not sure of the legality of it though. Not that you're worried about that. |

No, trust me you really don't! For the sake of the C5 community, I could never let these be these. And I like Ray, I could never do that to him. Lets just say I was being serious when I said that they almost tripped me walking around the car and leave it at that. |

Ray, I'm going to email my Chassis guy and see what he says. I'll let you know when I hear back. Give him a few days. He works 20 hr days so sometimes he plays catch up.

Hey fruitcake, I just sent him an email. Here's his page:
http://www.jwracing-fab.com/ Like I said, he's got a back log and believe it or not cash doesn't talk. We have to wait in line like the rest. He close to me so if you end up going with him I could take you back home after you drop the car off. I'll let you know my little "exhaust tip king"! |

Ray, here's the email I got back from Joe:
James, Sucks about your motor. Good to hear you running some good #s!!! We are very busy here. We could hook your buddy up. And put him on the list. Probably have like 20 or so cars to do right now and the phone rings everyday for winter projects. The sooner he's on the list the sooner I can get him in. Have him give me a call. Thanks Joe Get a hold of him: jwracing-fab@snet.net |
