2010 Camaro color and model popularity as of Mar 06, 2010 (from spasticsquirrel)

Color and Model numbers from spasticsquirrel as of 06 Mar
http://camaro.spasticsquirrel.com/

These numbers are from U.S. sales only (it only catches the majority of US Sales), so it only gives us a good idea of the percentages.

The database was put together by UCF w00t, I believe it is based on the U.S. window stickers. You can read his post through the link.

Isn't this more availabiliy...than popularity? I am pretty sure the Spastic Squirrel info is not based on sold vehicles...but rather produced vehicles?
Good info in any case.

SW,CGM,AND IBM were a tie choice for me...I would have taken any of them...just so happened the dealer I wanted to use only had the IBM with the options I wanted. So far it is the only one in my area and one of a handful in the state.

My '04 Cobra was Competiton Orange....1 of only 281 made.....and I had to go and total it...

Availability is a possibility, IMO I think the majority of these are ordered. I guess it could go either way.

If you mean ordered by a consumer then I'd say no..as mine was on Spastic Squirrel and I did not order it...

Amazing black is number one. I looked a two month old black SS and I saw every line and scratch in the sunlight. Black cars look terrible if the owner does not keep up with them. Had one once and will never get another. They are not forgiving at all.

It's always interesting IMO to see this type of data. Trends would be interesting, too. Are the V6's gaining ground on the V8's? Not in speed (LOL), but in overall percentage of vehicles made? It looks like it's roughly 60/40 in favor of the V8's. My perception was that V8's have been higher than that in previous posts like this.

So, yup, looks like the V6's have gained ... was about 68/32 in favor of the V8's back in Oct. The ranking of the colors don't change much, except SW appears to be making a run. Wonder if Synergy Green will ever catch ABM?

If I'm not mistaken they said they were making only 2,500 Synergy Green.
