I noticed something today..
At work this guy i know has a 2011 Mustang GT and only has the brembo brakes on the front not the rear.. How cheesy!.. I mean if you go online and add up all the options that the Camaro already has in it's option package (without the RS package) .. And you go to build a mustang and add those options You are paying like 42K for a GT.. crazy...

yeah for the options included the Camaro does beat out the Mustang in price. Buuut, it's good for Ford if they can show a lower base price because that's what gets people into the door
(if they are blind and can't see how much better the Camaro looks)

My Neighbors father pulled up in a Shelby GT500 back in the summer. Got to looking at the car and noticed the same thing on that. He bought it used so I told him he might wanna check with the dealer to make sure it wasnt wrecked and put the ford calipers on by mistake. Apparently it is correct. WTH wouldnt they put Brembo's all the way around. makes no sense

It might also be so that you can run smaller wheels for drag racing. A lot of guys who frequent the track have swapped their rear brembo's for V6 calipers.
