Non-RS headlamp bulbs
What are the best bulb type to use on non-RS headlamps that will emulate the Bluish White color of the HID RS headlamps?

I guess it's all in an opinion but IMO there aren't any halogen bulbs that will come even remotely close to an HID projector.
IMO, either step up and do a HID projector retrofit or don't bother changing out the bulb. Do a search in the cosmetic section for "retrofit" and you'll find plenty of info.

Yeah, I plan to do an RS HID headlamp conversion in the spring, I just wanted to see if there was an good upgrade bulbs like Silverstars that would look nicer for the meantime.
