Looks like they are active. I just landed one.

Just got one to pop up. Went to offers, entered zip, picked a car (camaro) then under the cash offer I hit view inventory. Came up twice (after clearing cache). Couple this with likely sales for the 4th of July and you can snag a great deal.

finally able to get the private offer today, but im not sure if they will let me use it with the other offers I have, but its worth a try. I will find out wednesday
edit: just called my dealer, and this private offer cant be used with my other $1000 private offer. oh well
