Procharger intake relocation!

Was looking at a way to relocate the air inlet on my Procharger to keep it away from the headers. Read a post on C5 where Ted Jannetty stated that the inlet from a Vortech system would fit.

Called Ted and ordered the part and it fit like a glove!

Thanks Ted!!

I think you could squeeze a bigger filter in there. Mine is much larger.

Does that Vortech intake have a surge valve port on it? Im thinking of doing away with the re-circulation and just venting to atmosphere.

I am totally in need of a larger intake tube for my 2012 F1A setup, using the stage II kit the filter and intake tube are so restrictive I lose 100rwhp with the tube and filter on.

I dont understand, I only want to know your intake air temps before and after the intake.

Its been proven countless times it will make less power on the dyno, we all ready know that.

Don't know that info but will ask my tuner. If you are stating that it makes less power with the filter in my new location, that's ok too. Not many places you can use all of 700hp other than the track.
