Air Bag Decals

I have asked this question before, does anyone know of a good way to get the air bag decals off of the visors? I was able to gently peel the one on the driver's side off but the one on the passenger side is being stubborn and I am afraid of ruining the visor. I tried a hair drier but the vinyl gets real soft from the heat and feels like it will rip. These things are eyesores.

I think by law, you must have those stickers on there. But don't quote me on that.

Even so, who is going to arrest/ticket you for it not being there?

Only advice I've heard of so far is the hairdryer one.
