Rear emblem

Just wondering does anyone know if the emblem on the rear how the car is just glued on or does it screw on from the back

Yep. Heat gun or blow dryer will aid in taking them off. I have bought new bowties for mine....the rear has faded to a dirty silver....a project for an upcoming weeked.

Good to know I wanted to replace mine too. Been looking at the lighted ones now to figure how they are wired u thought maybe they were bolted on lol

Mine did not have studs. It was flat on the back.

This is a blanket statement and wrong. The early models of the 5th gen have holes behind the emblem.

I forget if it was 2011 or 2012 where they did make the switch to being all adhesive, but it definitely isn't ALL 5th gens.
