Mon Ami,
If you read my post after the blurb about assembled in Canada
I wrote LOL (laugh out loud)
It was meant as a joke (albeit maybe a bad one)

Regardless,
You have chosen well as the camaros are amazing cars.....enjoy it!!!
and thanks for posting the pic of your ride....very nice.

We also have high taxes here as well, on mine was just shy of $5200.(if I had purchased the 2SS/RS taxes would have been about $5900. or so)
gas not quite as bad currently about $1.20/litre for regular and about$1.50/litre?? for premium fuel.

Definitely not a good time for a V8.
And it will be worse and worse

Hmm, I think you can not imagine the success encountered in France by the Camaro.
Only in my town, at least three 45th, and a lot more of "classic" Camaro are coming.
Even Chevrolet had not imagined that !

For a car like that (and her appetite for fuel), it's crazy

Nice cars, everyone - I love being a part of the 45th club! I think the interior and paint on our cars are awesome. I made a few changes to mine though, performance and exterior appearance

Love the ground effects on the 45th Chvyman, where did you order them from? Did they come painted or did you have to get them painted?

Omg, are you kidding me? How many people have you seen with a stock Camaro? If you mod your Camaro does that mean it's not a Camaro? Because I put some minor appearance mods on my 35th does that mean it wasn't a 35th? Because someone orders their 45th without the stripes does that mean it's not a 45th? What about adding gfx and a different spoiler - does THAT mean you no longer have a 45th?

What a moron.

Its interesting on your narrow minded view......
A 45th will always be a 45th, that can not change. Now as individual owners purchase them, some will want to keep them stock and original and some will want to modify and personalize their 45th's.
Exflirt's 45th is her version of what the 45th should have looked like as well as a tribute to her 35th she had.
Her car was the only 45th at SEMA this year and all the Chevy brass came over to see it. All of them loved it, and a few mentioned they liked her version of the reversed colors better than the stock version, it made the car stand out more. When you have all the Chevrolet brass admiring the car and saying that, how can you argue with them.
Exflirts 45th is much closer to what the 45th should have been from Chevy.
Not knocking the stock 45th, but its very conservative. It should have been bolder, it should have more pop to it, it should have had a more look at me look to it, Exflirt succeeded with her version.
It is still a 45th, a unique and extremely good looking version, one that commands the attention a 45th should.

Wow that's crazy that you know of 2 other 45ths in your town! I know of 1 45th in Atlanta and that's it! I'm sure there's others but I don't know them yet.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is the most bad ass 45th we have to date.

Love what you did by reversing the stripes, that's a very cool touch!

And I don't think kiteman was trying to be rude or mean. I think what he said just came out wrong.

Regardless, exflirt you have the coolest 45th in my book!!!! (second to mine of course, only because its mine and I own and drive it! )

I want that hood! Also, I love the way you reversed the stripe colors but kept the theme.

VERY sweet ride and an excellent job on the mods.

Nothing personal but I think I hate you now. You've got me thinking of modding a car that I originally intended to keep original.
