I kinda wish it had come with that SS hood. I can just barely fit a 2in tall air filter in there with a drop air cleaner assembly. Another couple inches of real estate underneath the hood would be really nice, lol.

ariZona28 you are too funny!!!! Yeah, a few visits to he arts and crafts store is a must for little jobs on the Camaro that I never thought I'd need. AND.... there's NO WAY I'm telling you the store next to the art store and what I bought because my manhood card would be revoked. Thanks for the nice comments.

There isn't any mod that can be done to these Camaro's that changes the look more than a great set of aftermarket wheels, especially the ZL1 wheels. Very nice, and you are most welcome. It was fun and I'm glad you are happy!!
Well 1JEWLDSSRS, glad you posted because I wanted to let everyone on this board know what they probably already know. You're good people 1JEWLDSSRS. You helped me with just about everything as far as getting the right tire sizes to go on the rims as well as the tires themselves. The Conti's are great tires and ride is incredible. This guy put up with a lot from me and I want to thank him publicly on this board. You always answer many posts and help out and that's what this board is all about.. Again, this Camaro Gen5 is such a great design that I spend a lot of time looking at everyone's car on the forum. The funny thing is whether it's modded to go fast, look good(or both) even the stock 2010s that I've seen on this board, they all blow my mind. So,1JEWLDSSRS this is for you . Now, I have to look at the checking account to see what the tires and rims all cost me .

Many thanks my friend, I truly appreciate you kind words and comments!! Over the years I have been on here I used to be the one asking questions and getting great advice from the folks here and has taken me and my Camaro to the level she is now. It gives me peace of mind and great pleasure to be able to "give back" to this great forum of 5th gen Camaro owners because I don't think there is any part of my Camaro that hasn't been modded in some form, and it all came from here!! And researching what I wanted to do. And again, thanks for the appreciation and trust you put in my experience and am really glad YOU are happy!! You are most welcome, glad I could help.. Cheers..

Yep, you are spot on about him. An absolutely solid guy he is. Offered to send me his blacked out tail light bezels on top of all the other helpful advice he gives around here. He is a perfect example of what makes this website and Camaro community great.

And of course, he happens to have the most amazing looking 5th gen I have ever seen...so there is that too lol.

Yep, i think we got our years worth of rain in seven hours.
Wife's car was towed home and 'drying out' in the driveway.
The air filter was sopping wet.

Had to take the outside right turn signal out. I have the spyder tail lights with sequensial signal. It would work then not. I thought I had it fixed, shows what thought does for me. Found where the 2 connectors were loose because of the clip that holds them together was broke. I zip tied them tight between the wires, and it works good for know. I have to order a new wire connector.

Gave the heritage grille a little flair with a Sparks SS emblem. Not having painted the grille, thought it would add a bit of color.
