Anyone make a rear flat black out panel where the bowtie emblem is?

Does anyone make a die cut magnetic piece in flat black to go left-right across the lower trunk where the bowtie is?

Pissed I removed mine before with no tools and the paint has chips behind the bowtie like during assembly or something.

Didnt want to paint the trunk over this and since I am going to install SS badge dead center I figured a flat black accent would look cool.

Lots of cars at SEMA were rocking that look but I think those were painted.

Here's the ridergraphix trunk lid blackout in Dark Charcoal Metallic, this has the bow-tie cutout. I highly recommend Brian and his company for quality and service.

Theres a local company near me doing an ABS panel that will go over the bowtie after its removed. probly plain, one with RS SS, and one that says CAMARO in the same style as the fender writing. I believe itll be pull off the bowtie and then its 2 way taped on.

I just put on a magnetic one that I purchased off ebay. The fit was really good. It has the cutout for the bowtie and it is tight around the edges. When really up close you can see the thickness of the magnetic strip but from a few feet away it is not noticable. I may still get it painted in the spring, but this looks good for now. I orginally got a decal from RPIdesigns but the fit was horrible. Overlaps and gaps with no way to line up evenly. I e-mailed them about the problem but never got a response so they are off my list of future vendors.

Just remember to remove the magnetic version every so often to get any moisture off otherwise the paint will cloud over time and a bitch to buff out. I had a magnetic flag on a previous clear coat car and it left a cloud from the moisture over time....

The vendor that I bought this from had some pretty specific instructions concerning this. Always take off when washing and apply a coat of wax on the area before putting back on and to ocasionally remove to get rid of any moisture build up.

Well considering my car had paint chips beind the bowtie its going to get the holes filled with weld, and painted across in satin black so i dont need to worry about it. I have SS logo in the middle which covers the holes but the paint chipped area is visible

I tried a sample piece of vinyl today but since I touched up the paint chips it was giving me bubbles so I gave up. In my case without fixing the surface vinyl isnt going to look good.
