SLP Supercharged loosing boost

Well there’s been some heaving tuning on my 2010. The lastest test run on HP tuners datalog showed my boost at 12.3 at 3600 and gradually declined to 8.5 at 6600. It doesn’t appear to belt slippage cause it doesn’t cliff dive. Could it be CAI related. Here’s the modes. Valanti CAI , SLP new version with 2.8 pulley, TSP long tunes and 3 “ exhaust. TSP stage 1 FI cam, 90# injectors, DSX auxiliary fuel and flex fuel running on E85. Last dyno yesterday 602 HP and 619 TQ RWHP. Any ideas? I think I’m leaving about 100 horsepower on the table somewhere.

Yes on 4” tube. A 102 would be nice but lots of money.

Stay away from the BBK tb, there very problematic most of them , there's a reason there priced much lower and it's not because you reuse your stock tb motor on the bbk

2.8 pulley should make 13-14 psi.

We make 720 RWHP with this set up so your right.

Watch what the bypass does on the dyno.

Ted.

Stand over the open engine compartment and watch the bypass valve to see if it is opening.

Ted, thank you. Found the issue. The wire harness has positioned so the bypass valve was only closing half way. It’s a dam mister now. Can’t wait to get it back on dyno. Will this potential make for changes on the tune? I have an onboard AFR it was at 10.8. I’m so happy about this.
